Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time

Our Building & Compliance team are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill a position as Building Administration Assistant to provide quality and administrative support to ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided to the community.

This position is on a 12-month maximum term contract until 14 April 2022 on a full-time basis working 38 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:
Providing quality administrative support for the team
Undertake fast and accurate data input
Providing quality customer service to all of our customers
Produce and proof check correspondence for the team
Provide building related information for property enquiries
Undertake research and data collection and analysis

To be successful you will have:
Minimum 12 months previous experience in customer services
Certificate III in office administration, business studies or computer studies or similar would be highly regarded
Possess excellent data input skills, including speed and accuracy
Excellent administration skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package including outlook, Word and Excel.
Previous experience working in Local Government would be an advantage.

This is a Level 3 position which attracts a salary range of $61,027 - $66,081 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
