Full Job Description
Temporary to permanent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join this well known business, based in Osborne Park!
Robert Half are working with our client to source a fresh and motivated Accounts Payable Officer on a temporary to permanent basis, based in Osborne Park, with free on-site parking!
Duties will include:
Full end to end, high volume Accounts Payable duties using Greentree
Management of teams work flow
Improving processes to increase output and accuracy
Matching purchase orders with invoices
Obtaining appropriate levels of approval on all invoices
Manage vendor enquires in relation to outstanding accounts
End of month projects
Desired attributes:
Sound understanding of industry best practice for procedure-to-pay processes
The ability to adhere to strict deadlines, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience with ERP implementation would be highly regarded
