ABOUT THE ROLE:

Summary of the role: We are looking for experienced AIN's to join our team at Mercy Place Mandurah on a casual basis. We have a wonderful happy home with the residents firmly in the centre of everything we do and guiding our care. We are looking for AIN's that are flexible in their availability across morning, afternoon and night shifts.

  • Casual positions available
  • Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
  • Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information

ABOUT YOU:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (nursing students encouraged to apply)
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate in a team environment and report/document in line with requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care.
  • An ability to follow nursing procedures as directed and in line with resident care plans
