Our client, a Global leader in the Iron Ore industry, is looking to expand their high functioning team and are seeking an experienced and passionate Recruitment Administrator. Initially for 3 months but with the potential to be extended. The Role As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play an integral part by supporting the team by taking ownership of all pre-employment checks process. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy, strong administrator who is driven to deliver against stretch targets! Responsibilities include: * Managing pre-employment checks process * Booking pre-employment medicals * Collating and reviewing National Police Clearances * Identification & qualification verification * Conducting reference checks * Scheduling interviews * Inbox management for general enquiries * Provide PageUp support to hiring managers * Phone screening candidates * Creating offers for successful candidates * Following company processes (police check, medicals, VEVO check) ensuring 100% compliance is adhered to * Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner Experience Required * Minimum 1 years' experience in a resourcing or recruitment admin role (ideally internal recruitment) * Capacity to work and deliver against high volume workloads * Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise conflicting tasks * A bubbly personality with a passion for working with people * Having the courage to pick up the phone to talk with candidates * Highly competent with Microsoft Office * Strong attention to detail * Experience within an internal recruitment team will be highly regarded * An established track record of successful high-volume recruitment within the mining industry * The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders * Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail * A strong customer service focus with a sincere effort with candidate care and professionalism * Must have proven experience following strict processes and adhering to company compliance * Previous experience using PageUp recruitment platform will be highly regarded If you are interested in the role and fit the criteria, please apply online today!
