Our reputable client is involved in the manufacture & design of high quality products that can be found in the bathroom, kitchen or laundries of Australian homes. Due to further business growth they currently have a rare opportunity to come on board and be part of this stable & growing team within a varied position as part of the Customer Service team. 

Duties Include:

  • Handling customer enquiries & directing them to the relevant department
  • Advising clients of their order status & delivery times
  • Advising clients of relevant product pricing
  • Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
  • Directing sales enquiries to relevant Sales Managers / Trade Merchants
  • Assist "walk in" customers & provide support on the showroom floor when required
  • Inputting & processing of orders
  • Accurately entering & recording information in to systems
  • Keeping systems up to date with correct & timely information
  • After Sales Service
  • Efficient & effective handling of complaints as per company policies & procedures
  • Logging of products & stock 
  • Printing labels to assist the production & dispatch team
  • Manifesting & printing freight manifest / run sheets
  • Posting of all mail correspondence when necessary
  • Following company procedures to assist in the smooth & safe running of daily operations
  • Ad hoc tasks as required to assist with the smooth running of daily operations


  • 4+ years experience within a similar position
  • Passionate about providing excellent Customer Service
  • Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that liaises with a variety of internal & external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize your work flow & manage your time efficiently
  • Exposure to CRM/EDI systems highly regarded
  • Exposure to Attache will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
  • Professionally presented
  • Intermediate with the MS Suite including Excel
  • Competent & comfortable with resolving complaints
  • Team player with a positive disposition
