The Company 

Our client, e&s Trading, is a leading Victorian retailer with showrooms based all around Victoria. Due to company growth and an internal opening, we are continuing to grow our team.

We are inviting people with the right attitude, experience, and skills to apply for a Sales Consultant role in Blackburn Showroom on a full-time permanent basis commencing ASAP. 

This role will be tasked with high level customer service and sales consulting in order to assist our valued customers in achieving their desired home appliance outcomes.

The Role & 
Duties

  • Full time opportunity available on a 7 Day trading roster - No late night trading
  • Rotating roster with weekend work and weekly RDOs
  • Tasked with understanding our customers requirements and providing them solutions to their needs
  • Providing specific professional informed advice and recommendations 
  • Monitor the progress of orders to ensure customer expectations and overall customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the full consultation, ordering and delivery process
  • Additional customer service duties to be advised upon application
