Working in the Client Service team, you will be accountable for the quality of clients’ databases, ensuring that they are delivered on time, with accuracy, and as per client requirements. You will also be responsible for assessing client reporting and database needs, determining the effort required and seeking client alignment. We have opportunities for a permanent role and a 9-month contract.

We Expect You To Have

A solutions-focused mindset with familiarity working in an agile environment. You will also bring experience managing competing priorities with articulate and confident communication and experience working with clients.

Specifically, You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field (preferable)
  • Experience in the FMCG industry
  • Advance Excel, Word and Powerpoint experience
  • Knowledge of CRM, data mining software are advantageous
  • Ability to turn complex idea into simple communication/instruction

You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Manage the quality of client databases, working with internal stakeholders to ensure all requested and necessary changes have been delivered in full and on time
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring reporting and database requirements are accurately assessed and communicated
  • Deliver syndicated solutions as per client requirements. E.g. Big picture, Smartview, Retail edge, Templates, Data extracts etc.
  • Manage the quality of client reports, leveraging internal stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met
  • Investigate data changes and communicate the impact to the client and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships and provide trouble shooting support when required
  • Provide trouble shooting support for clients
  • Support preparation of quotes by providing effort required, time estimates or assessing feasibility of requirements
