As their newest Customer Service Specialist, you will join a high performing team who work hard and fast to grow strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence buy-in.

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work as a member of the Customer Service team. The customer service function represents the brand and this is where memories are made - from welcoming customers, to looking after them by delivering the best in service and customer care possible by:-

  • Manage all customers inquiries
  • Proactively manage the pipeline of inquiries to improve sales and retention
  • Positively engage with clients, identify their needs and exceed expectations
  • Maintain and effectively communicate specialised product knowledge
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Perform general administrative duties including booking appointments, processing documents and data entry, requiring accuracy and attention to detail
About You

You are hard working, resilient and confident. You are an excellent communicator who adopts a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally. You exceptionally well presented and able to deliver attractive, accurate and customer focused communication.

Skills & Experience
  • Customer service experience within the retail, hospitality, tourism or other customer focused industries preferred
  • A passion for customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude
  • A proven ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and able to follow through to resolution
  • A strong communicator, and listener
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced operational environment
  • Compassion and empathy for special needs customers
