Duties:
- Provide leadership, direction, support and authoritative advice to the SHW Consultants. Manage the Workers Compensation and Liability Consultant’s daily work program by assessing priorities and directing activities.
- Manage complex claims and enquiries, and prepare high-level correspondence, documentation and reports for Manager - Safety, Health and Wellbeing, senior management and key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Conduct extensive reviews and assessment on cases and determine liability of workers compensation claims through factual and medical investigation.
- Provide strategic, authoritative and specialist advice to HR, senior management and external stakeholders on a broad range of complex/non-complex Workers Compensation, Injury Management, Workplace Health and Safety and, related human resource issues.

Desirable Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience
- Completion of or working towards Injury Management Coordinator Training and Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
