We are a Riverstone based hydraulic company seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our team for a minimum of 20 hours per week (days and times open for negotiation). If you are a self-motivated person who can work well independently this permanent part time position may be for you. 

You will join an Australian SME with a portfolio of products and services across transport, general industry, marine and shipping industry. This growing organisation is looking to grow its foot print through innovation.

This role includes:

Generating new business by building customer relationships when making and taking business telephone calls.

Demonstrating high conversion rates by converting quotes into orders. 

Using our CRM to process quotes, orders and maintain customer accounts. 

Maintaining a detailed record of daily progress and supplying detailed report on a daily basis. NOTE: this position will be performance based with KPI’s.

In order to be considered we are seeking applications from experienced sales professionals who can demonstrate the following:

  • Some previous sales experience required. Hydraulic knowledge would be advantageous, but not required.
  • Ability to close sales and pursue quotes.
  • A proficient knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems (experience with Attaché highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience for attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotes and customer orders.
  • Proficient computer skills, including word processing tools.
  • Confidence when dealing with customers, as well as being highly comfortable on the telephone.
  • A team player, who is highly organised and motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines.
