Roles and Responsibilities
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Service Transition
- Good experience in Applications domain from service transition perspective
- Prior experience of working with on-shore and off-shore teams
- Conduct daily and weekly governance meetings
- Record meetings and secure timely sign off across deliverables
- Prior experience in managing stakeholders at CXO level
