Contracts Administrator - ANZSCO 511111

Period: 4 year term, full time 38 hours per week

SUMMARY:

Bass Capital seeks a motivated professional to administer the Company’s contract portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring that contractual obligations and services are being adhered to, managing variations and conducting reviews of the essential contractual tasks. 

The tasks of the successful Contract Administrator include but are not limited to:

- Being the primary contact for all investors and managing any issues, queries or amendments to contracts

- Accountable for all enquiries, providing solutions and problem solving for any contract related issues and service delivery, as well as revising contracts as required

- Prepare process specifications and progress reports for contracts

- Preparing and distributing up to 60 loan agreements per deal with a quick turn around

- Preparing, variating, and maintaining contracts between the Borrower and Bass Capital for each deal

- Ongoing variations and delivery timeline schedules in accordance with each contract throughout the deal

- Preparing progress reports and statements to investors at key milestones listed in the contract

- Maintaining and managing Investor files and signed documents

- Monitoring current trends in the market and reporting any new potential upcoming projects/ deals to report back to Directors

- Providing high level administrative support to senior management on administrative matters relating to the organization, with a primary focus on investors

- Ensuring all contractual rights and obligations are followed by both contracting parties throughout the term of the deal

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

  • At least 2 years of relevant Local Contract Administration Experience (must be within the Financial Services sector)
  • Minimum Diploma Management, Law, Business or similar, otherwise 3 years of work experience
  • The desire to find a Long-Term Role 
  • Experience working projects of a value up to $16M
  • Recent Contract Administration. Experience within the property sector necessary (preferably within the Sydney area)
  • Proven experience working with Sophisticated Investors
  • Ability to take initiative and work within a small team of
  • Ability to drive processes to completion
  • Reliable, organised and ideally living in close proximity to the Head Office area (Bondi Junction)
