JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a digital campaign marketer looking for experience building online communities? Or maybe a community manager who wants to run direct response campaigns.

We’re one of Melbourne’s first produce home delivery services and have a rare opening for a digital marketer to engage our community and increase sales.

This is a hands-on role, where you can bring your experience to make your mark. We’re adventurous (within reason) and data driven, so looking for a marketer with a few wins to brag about that can write goal-focused campaigns and strategy while also confident building eDMs and facebook ads. And not be afraid to talk directly with customers. On Fridays you’ll be on the phone answering customer queries directly.

Starting with 20 hours a week this could progress to full time for the right fit. We know everyone says that, but we are growing and with your help, we’ll grow faster. The position is based in our warehouse in Pakenham.

We're a tight knit, small, family-owned business and really focused on making our vision come to life. We’ve got a loyal customer base, that shares our values of ethical, sustainable and affordable food for all. We embrace ugly produce and even have our own worm farm.

You’ll have:

- Experience growing online communities and relationships

- Ecommerce experience with websites, social media and eDM campaigns

- Experience building organic reach and paid campaigns (if your campaign optimisation experience is to add more budget, this isn’t for you)

- A portfolio or phone references showing previous work with results

- Technical experience with Zoom, Active Campaign, Canva, Facebook Ads, and WordPress/WooCommerce

- A degree or diploma in marketing
