You will be taking calls on behalf of a number of different Australian Businesses, for a large Australian Call Centre.
You will be trained in every aspect of the business that you will be assigned to ensure your success.
Your role will be to ensure exceptional Customer Service.

Provide accurate information to your customers.
Provide solutions within your scope and all relevant Guidelines.
