Manjits Hospitality Group is looking for an energetic and motivated concierge to manage our hatted waterfront restaurant on Darling Harbour, Sydney.

We're keen to work with proactive, efficient individuals who can:

  • Coordinate reservations with attention to detail 
  • Meets with guests and provide outstanding customer service
  • Know all essential aspects of our menu, wine list and functions packages
  • Increase profitability, deliver exceptional experiences, build direct relationships and manage feedback to drive repeat business
  • Supports management with administrative tasks
  • Acts as the site liaison for our marketing department
  • Works collaboratively with our team to get what needs to be done, done

We'd also love for our successful candidate to be able to drive a cultural shift at the restaurant from traditional methods of work, to more modern, technologically focused behaviours; embracing available tools to maintain Manjits' four decades of staying ahead of the competition.
