About the role:

In this 12-Month Fixed Term Contract as the Team Assistant for our Adelaide office, you will be reporting to our SA/NT State Manager and will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Client Services team (Account Managers, Member Education Manager and Senior New Business Manager) and ensure they are well equipped to provide effective and meaningful information to our members and employers.

About you:

You will be a highly driven, well organised and proactive individual who can multitask and interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will also have a natural ability and desire to support your immediate team.

  • Maintenance and update of account information on CRM system
  • Support and first point of call for enquiries from internal departments such as Marketing and Finance, and external contacts within our partners and suppliers
  • Work closely and effectively with the National Support Lead on CRM related matters, issues, challenges and projects as required.
  • Regular reporting and assistance with business planning, account reviews, fact finding and employer presentations
  • Co-ordinate and provide support for internal events as required, such as annual Investment Forum, Strategy Days, Member Seminars.
  • Client facing support to the team in a variety of situations.
Ideally, you will have proven administrative and operations experience within the financial services sector or a similar corporate environment.

You will demonstrate a positive attitude and flexibility to work in challenging and sometimes fast paced team environment. Advanced skills with Microsoft Suite and experience working with inhouse CRM systems will be highly regarded.
