You will be part of the Systems, Analytics and Transformation (SAT) Business Process & Knowledge (BPK) team. SAT is part of CCA. SAT drives continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures pertaining to management of complaints to support fair customer outcomes across the Group. PKM is accountable the delivery of large scale transformational change.

This is an exciting time to join the BPK team. You will be able to make a real difference to the lives of our customers, communities and the thinking of the Group.

The team are looking to hire a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong business analyst background in relation to process automation or systems implementations, Experience of complaints would be advantageous.

In any given week you will be responsible for;

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of enhancements to the First point complaints management system and associated complaints processes.

It is expected that the Business Analyst will deliver an advanced uplift in complaint processes, system and customer outcome through:

Understand stakeholder needs and requirements, identify solutions to deliver improved customer experience

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for improved customer satisfaction and experience through the provision of analytical insights and enhancements to processes and systems

Develop business requirements in conjunction with stakeholders to support the enhancement of complaints management systems, processes and procedures

Identify improvements to internal information systems and data sources through reviews and recommendations.

Create a workplace that is supportive, engaging and fun.

Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely.

We're interested in hearing from people who:

Experience within financial services, including knowledge of banking systems, information, products and channels.

Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, influencing, written and verbal communication skills, an established level of creditability and business acumen

Exceptional customer service, stakeholder and complaints management engagement skills

Experience within projects and change.

Strong attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy while working towards multiple and sometimes competing business objectives.

Highly capable of succeeding in an agile, rapidly changing environment.

Highly developed analytical and information management skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Industry qualifications as they relate to productivity, business analysis or project management
