The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Work Health & Safety, you will largely be responsible for providing a range of administrative services such as:

  • Managing invoicing, purchase orders and P cards
  • Booking rooms and coordinating calendars
  • Sending meeting invites, agenda’s and taking minutes
  • Data entry and reporting
  • General administrative support

About you

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience managing purchase orders/accounts payable
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Highly organised and adept to managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
