How will I help? 

An exciting opportunity for a Process Transformation Manager has come up to work on making the Westpac Business Division better for our customers and bankers.

This is a newly created role within a brand-new team where you will be responsible for improvement initiatives across the business division working with our lines of business to identify, measure, analyse, design and deliver solutions to make banking simpler for our customers and bankers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process transformation engagements in conjunction with our Line of Business partners.
  • Assist with understanding current state processes including process performance, customer and banker pain points as well as customer and business value.
  • Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts to better understand processes, root causes and potential solutions.
  • Deliver creative solutions that make a real impact for our customers and bankers.

What do I need?

  • You have 3 + years working in a process / continuous improvement role, preferably in a banking (or service) environment.
  • Great oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into simple language.
  • You have a Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt Qualification (Black Belt Qualification highly regarded.)
  • You have experience working on improvement initiatives independently or working in small cross functional teams to achieve an outcome.
