JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about transforming the workplace? Do you want to join an industry-leading, fast-moving team of modern workplace thought leaders? Are you a sales gun who excels by leveraging partner programs to build a strong pipeline? If yes, then you must apply for this role.

Join us and our accelerating business growth as we take our 15 years of mobile expertise and apply it to our next chapter by taking on “managing Windows 10 like a smartphone”. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales and be responsible for business development via our Microsoft partnership in Australia. Modern Work is one of the fastest growing segments of the IT industry and with uncapped earnings the right person in this position will excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Know the Microsoft partner ecosystem intimately via either working previously for a Microsoft partner or directly for Microsoft.
  • Know the Telco partner ecosystem intimately via either working previously for a Telco or directly for Macquarie Telecom.
  • How to position and sell professional services along with managed services.
  • An understanding of End User Computing (EUC) including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) software such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
  • Knowledge of how devices such as Apple, Android and Windows 10 operate within an enterprise environment.
  • Effectively leveraging partner programs from Microsoft and Macquarie Telecom to help build a sales pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With the above, you will have at least 5 years of experience in software solution sales and know the Australian IT landscape intimately. You will have proven success in your career to date both as a direct seller and/or via a channel partner.
  • As a self-starter, you will be able to manage your time effectively and adhere to good CRM disciplines without the need for daily management. You will understand enterprise sales cycles.
  • This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney with the majority of your time working from a home office when not visiting prospects and customers.
  • We use tools such as Office 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, and Xero and provide a generous BYOD subsidy so you can invest in the tools (and toys) you need to get the job done. Everything we do is about Modern Work.
