About the Role and You


Monash Health Dental Services (MHDS) operates one of the largest community dental programs in the South East region of Melbourne. MHDS has 32 chairs (115 staff) and is located across seven major sites in local government areas of City of Greater Dandenong, Shire of Cardinia, City of Casey and a single dental clinic based in City of Kingston.


You will have excellent clinical skills and we welcome experience gained in community based dentistry. You build strong working relationships with others, based on a positive and rapport building communication style. We offer salary packaging, attractive remuneration and access to private practice rights.


We are prepared to invest in you. You will firstly have the benefit of a thorough induction as you are welcomed into our friendly team. From there we will continue to mentor and train you towards growth and success, along the way providing you with the opportunity to attend conferences and support for your development through study leave and encouragement.


 Full time is preferable, however part time employment can be negotiated.
