Crest Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,000 students, an Equestrian Centre and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North. Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. Rivercrest Christian College, which opened in 2014, is an International Baccalaureate school that currently has Early Learning to Year 8 students.

Hillcrest Christian College has an opportunity for a diploma-qualified ELC Assistant in the 3-year-old program. Due to a current staff member reducing working hours to complete additional qualifications, this fixed-term position is available immediately until approximately September 2022. The 3-year-old program runs on Thursday and Friday each week during the school term. Working hours are 8:25am to 4:30pm on these days, with 2 hours of planning time on another day. Additional casual work may be available from time to time on the other weekdays in the 4-year-old program.

The successful candidate will:

• be diploma-qualified
• be skilled at working with 3 and 4-year-old children
• enjoy working in a centre where Christian values and learning are emphasised
• have previous ELC educator experience
