Service admin and office all-rounder

United Lift Services is a fast growing Lift company based in VIC that has more than 180 employees with branches in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

If you are bubbly and energetic who has an attitude of willing to learn and attention to the details, keen to work in Service Admin coordinating between service team and our HR/Admin /Finance Team then United Lift is here for you.

You are required to work under daily job schedule, able to handle work pressure, enjoys communicating with other colleagues, happy and positive attitude and full knowledge and well use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint , ERS system.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Work in Sydney Office
  • Commit to work on full-time Monday to Friday permanent position 8:30-17:00
  • Assist Sydney admin office senior staff and Report to the Head office admin team, Report to Sydney Branch Manager
  • Receptionist experience highly recommend
  • Team work player

On the job training will be provided by VIC office team

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls, this includes taking messages , data entry to call service system “Tracker” and responding to lift passenger entrapments
  • Managing emails and responding to customer and staff queries
  • Working with various departments such as sales, technical support and HR , Finance Department in Head Office and report to NSW branch manager
  • General administrative/ad hoc tasks as required e.g. data entry, filing
  • Coordinating with the Melbourne Head Office
  • Maintain office tidiness and assist with managing office supplies and orders

ABOUT YOU:

  • proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Professional and able to work under pressure and schedule (Required)
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge Well use Excel (Required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Willing to listen and work with other senior staff members across different departments
  • Must have own transport and full-residency (Required)
  • Experience in a similar position with an office administration background is preferred
