About the role
Temporary Customer Service Consultant opportunity with a growing Financial organisation located in the CBD. Be the face of the business handling all inbound member enquiries while delivering a first-class experience. Position starting 19th April 2021.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inbound calls enquiries, both general and specific
- Accurate data entry of customer records
- Ensuring customer requirements and time lines are met
- Participate and contribute to all training programs
- Previous experience in a corporate customer Service/ Reception or Administration position
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Open to temporary contract employment with the opportunity to extend
- Must have advanced written and verbal communication skills
