About the role

We have an opportunity in our Sydney office for a full-time Payroll Administrator who has at least 5 years payroll processing experience to join our team. This role will report directly to the Payroll Manager.

Your tasks will include (but are not limited) to the following:

  • Process two payroll cycles in a timely and accurately - on a fortnightly and monthly basis
  • Maintain employee records within payroll system and superannuation clearing house
  • Build relationships with key staff members including People & Development team, Accounts and Office Managers, nationally
  • Investigate and respond to payroll enquiries
  • Calculate and process requisite payments, including termination payments
  • Generating reports each pay period and on an ad-hoc basis
  • Undertake project work or reasonable duties that are associated with the role as required
