You’re a team player, ready to put your hand up to help the team achieve our goals. You view effectiveness as achieving high-quality outcomes rather than measuring outputs.

  • Telling the story about our new features and determining the most effective marketing channels to share our updates
  • Propose, test and implement improvements to our marketing campaigns and team processes
  • Work closely with the engineering and product team to lead strategic product campaigns
  • Optimise customer journeys to drive incremental uplift in traffic, trials and sales
  • Work with creative agencies and freelancers to evolve our brand and go to market execution
  • Strategise, plan, and execute ideas to improve the value of our brand

Your day one qualities

  • Plan and execute the Marketing strategy
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other Marketing team members to craft product positioning and messaging
  • Write and present with confidence
  • Proactive in looking for opportunities where the team/business can improve, whether it be operational processes, analytics or marketing performance

We'll be excited if you

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Customer Marketing roles in a software or technology company (not essential).
  • Ability to lead high-quality content creation for various audiences and channels (video tutorials, blog posts, webinars, email campaigns, social media, podcasts, conferences)
  • Proven achievements in driving acquisition through organic, paid or referral channels
  • Previously worked in an agile team

Working at Easy Agile

  • Learn from an amazingly talented group of professionals
  • Serve a global customer base
  • Give back to the local community (we're Pledge 1% members)
  • Hone your craft with a $5,000 Learning and Development package
  • Enjoy coffee with the team every morning
  • Go home after lunch on Fridays in Summer

People over perfection

If you are excited about this role but not sure if you meet all of the criteria, please apply. Research shows women and minority groups are less likely to apply for roles where they don't meet 100% of the criteria. We value punching above our weight and people over perfection, so go ahead and apply - we'd love to hear from you.
