Researcher/data Collection - Employment And Labour Markets

Outcomes Corp - Wollongong, NSW

Any Industry
Source: uWorkin

Outcomes Corp is an Australian company focused on accelerating global environmental and social change by capturing, mapping, measuring, and sharing outcomes achieved from social and environmental initiatives implemented by organisations worldwide. Our inaugural project is the International Register of Local Actions - an initiative to capture, map and share the details of all organisations operating in the employment support and labour market space in Australia, and the programs they deliver. This initiative is in development mode, and we require the Researcher to gather data and enter it into our system, ahead of a program launch later in 2021.

We require someone with excellent research skills who can work solidly to search out, identify and capture meaningful data for use within our program. The successful applicant should also have excellent communication skills, write well, be well organised, and manage competing priorities without stress. The successful candidate will be confident and able to identify opportunities for improvement and change in new programs and feed this information appropriately back to management.

Tasks include:

- Research projects (online, and via direct liaison with organisations and stakeholders), and capture and enter data into our international mapping and reporting and benchmarking tool.

- Participate in testing of the tool.

- Provide feedback to Directors.

The role will deliver the research and data collection over a four week period. At the end of this, there may be an opportunity to continue in an ongoing or contract role with the company.
