About the Role
Our client is a successful residential, custom homes builder with a reputation for building quality, bespoke homes. Reporting to the Drafting Manager within this tight-knit team you will own the drafting & design process, allowing you to get creative with no two projects ever being the same.

• Taking initial briefs with clients, consultancy and relationship management across the end to end design process up to tender
• Implement and set examples for best practice, working across DA / CDC plans and council submissions
• Prepare concept & working drawings to specific requirements using REVIT

This role will be split locations between North Sydney & Western Sydney, with the successful candidate flexible surrounding what this looks like.

About You
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;

• Experience related to residential building industry (essential)
• Advanced REVIT skills, with LUMION experience a plus!
• Tertiary qualifications in a relative field (essential)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Highly computer literate
• The ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, changing environment
• A high attention to detail
• The ability to work towards deadlines
