Due to this growth, we are currently looking to fill a part-time Support Worker position throughout the Perth Metro Region (Ridgewood).

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be comfortable and confident with working with a diverse range of ages, disabilities and behaviours;
  • Have a genuine passion and commitment to making a difference to the lives of people with disability;
  • Have a high level of resilience and experience working with people who may present with difficult and challenging behaviours;
  • Possess a high level of trust, honesty and integrity and be able to maintain a professional relationship with all participants;
  • Be computer and mobile phone savvy in order to access work emails and web based applications such as rosters, case notes and incident reports;
  • Have a current ‘Provide First Aid’ certificate (or be willing to obtain);
  • Hold a current WA Working With Children check (or be willing to obtain);
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain);
  • Hold a current national police clearance (completed within the last six months); and
  • Have a current Full Australian Driver’s License and access to a comprehensibly insured vehicle.

  • Experience working with individuals with a disability.
