Full Job Description
The Working with Vulnerable People Background Screening Unit is seeking applications for several Client Service Officer positions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of activities associated with application and registration processing and the delivery of high-level customer services via telephone and written correspondence. The successful candidate must also be able focus on both quantity and quality of outputs.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. Notes: These are temporary position’s available immediately for a period of up to six months. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
