Our Franchisor Office located in Homebush West, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Time Product and Marketing Manager to join a team within our Electrical department, specialising in Audio Visual products. This position is a full-time permanent position, requiring a total of 38 hours worked per week, offering a competitive base salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year plus Superannuation.

Key responsibilities:

· You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our suppliers
· Planning and executing advertising strategies using multiple media channels
· Communicating planned promotions and strategies with the relevant stakeholders
· Supporting the category’s Steering Committees and sales conferences
· In conjunction with the General Manager, determine core ranges for the business
· Provide weekly updates and ad-hoc reporting to the General Manager
· Keep up to date on technology trends and competitors
· Collaborating with Franchisees to identity and implement all visual merchandising requirements in store
· Building and maintaining strong, productive working relationships with all Franchisees in all stores across the country

The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:
· Exposure to supporting to a franchised business in a Product capacity
· Experience in a retail environment in medium to large organisations involving multiple business sites
· An Audio Engineer or business/commerce qualification with an understanding of consumer trends and buying behaviour
· Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to quickly build constructive, effective relationships across the business and with external parties
· An interest and experience working with technology, devices and/or accessories
· Strong attention to detail; investigative mind with the ability to anticipate and adjust for any roadblocks
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Exceptional time management and organisational skills; ability to prioritise and control own workload in a fast-paced, pressured, deadline driven environment
· High level of professionalism, dedication, flexibility and willingness to pitch-in when required
· Having a creative flair with the ability to think innovatively
