Due to recent and continuing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a mature and highly experienced HR Business Partner partnering with the home care division where you will support Managers across the Home and Community Care division. Focussing on various HR components this position will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across three business regions providing quality HR support and solutions in order to execute the business strategy.
Providing a range of HR services, your key areas of responsibility will include:

End to end case management
Internal stakeholder liaison
Hands on coaching of internal managers and staff on HR related matters
Recruitment and retention strategies
Continuous improvement and change management
Development of HR policy and procedures

This role will suit an experienced HR professional with significant end to end case management and business partnering expertise. You will be a collaborative and consultative BP with experience in general HR consulting. You possess the proven ability to identify, develop and execute HR solutions and services.

To Be Considered For This Role You Must Have

A degree or Post Graduate qualification in HR
Significant experience within a generalist partnering role
Proven ability to consult with a range of internal stakeholders and at varying levels

This is a 6 week temporary assignment to start ASAP with the potential to extend. The role will be based in the Richmond Location and you will be required to work in a fulltime capacity.
