What this opportunity involves-

We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our successful Integrated Facilities Management team on account for our valued client, a health care company.

In this varied and busy role, you’ll support the Facilities Manager with respect to Facilities services delivery at site for the operation and maintenance, including any financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management. The large property portfolio is of both owned and leased assets covering QLD and Northern NSW.

A snapshot of the role;

  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met
  • Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
  • Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
  • Actively work to ensure the site’s financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements including the JLL Code of Ethics
  • Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations

You’ll have excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to interact with a wide range of staff at all levels is paramount!

Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred!
