Your new company
This global shipping organisation provides solutions to freight forwarding and supply chain operations across Australia. They are quickly evolving and due to increased demands, they are currently seeking an experienced Document Coordinator to join their Sydney office and assist with the Import Documentation. This is a full time permanent opportunity with an immediate start.

Your new role
Your new role will see you delivering exceptional customer experience, delivering resource management and the implementation of projects.

Other daily duties will include:

  • Deliver key account management alongside General Management and sales teams
  • Maintenance of operational SOP's and controls
  • Identify technological solutions to minimise admin
  • Support various teas with systems roll-outs
  • Support and drive revenue and EBITDA growth
  • Leadership of Customer Service and Operations teams

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be computer literate, the ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.
Other success factors are:

  • Knowledge of complex data and management reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Shipping/Liner experience
  • Being Assertive and having a "can-do" attitude
  • Management/Supervisory experience
