People2people have partnered with a Brisbane based professional services firm to source a new Client Services Offer to join their strong, supportive team. This organisation prides themselves on adding value to their clients by providing friendly, efficient and professional service that helps to make a significant difference to their bottom line.

The role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be based in the front office where you will be providing administrative support and customer service to a wide array of clients. Responsible for preparing and processing quotes, invoices and generating correspondence, while assisting with submittal of documentation to regulatory authorities.

Selection criteria:

  • Previous administration experience gained within a professional / financial services organisation is preferred.
  • Cert III in Business Administration or similar
  • Computer literacy - MS Office Suite and MYOB (advantageous)
  • High attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great office location with onsite parking
  • Strong supportive and stable team environment
  • Training on all processes and systems
