The Company

Established property management specialist with offices located both North and South of the River. Providing ongoing training for all employees, managements focus is on implementing streamlined checklists, procedures and support so you can focus on 5 star customer service.

The Position
  • Managing approx. 140 properties located South of the River
  • Leasing agent = No after hour appointments
  • Inspection agent to help out with 50% routines
  • Conduct final bond inspections, manage and arrange maintenance requests
  • Liaise with owners, tenants and contractors
  • Lease renewal and rent reviews
  • Arrears management, including court representation (where necessary)
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 x years experience managing your own portfolio
  • Current PM Registration
  • Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Team player attitude
