The Role
We are looking for a Change Advisor to join our team and support business readiness activities across the business.

This role will support the:
  • Delivery of the change, training, and communications strategy
  • Implementation, hyper care, and transition to BAU for end-users
  • Adoption and reinforcement of new behaviours, skillset, processes, and platforms
  • Development of change network and leaders within the business
This role will directly report to the Change Lead, where you will work closely to ensure activities are delivered on time and in a meaningful manner to the business.

This role is self-rewarding and will provide opportunities to deliver design-based change and communications to a highly engaged organisation.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Previous experience in delivering behavioural and IT projects/programs
  • Ability to manage multiple demands, shifting requirements, ambiguity, while managing business needs
  • Develop and deliver communication and change activities and resources
  • Ability to conduct stakeholder analysis and pivot communication and change requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Ability to understand complex issues, express communication on these that support behavioural change
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations & difficult situations under pressure
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere with clients, customers, co-workers, and management
  • Experience with delivering digital and physical communications
  • Ability to develop and deliver workshops (to a variety of leadership levels)
The successful applicants will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Change Advisor
  • Understanding and experience with PROSCI methodology
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience in developing communication material that is visually appealing
  • Understanding of supporting and driving behavioural change
  • Ability to work remotely and travel
