Job Description

Expressions of interest are sought from passionate and dedicated leaders to join the Kuranda District State College community for an immediate start. About Kuranda District State College

Kuranda District State College caters to approximately 420 students from Prep to Year 12 and is the perfect size to enable our teachers and students to form trusting and supportive relationships and partnerships.

Kuranda is a rural town and locality on the Atherton Tableland in the Shire of Mareeba, Queensland, and has a population of approximately 3,008 people. It is 25 kilometres from Cairns, via the Kuranda Range road. It is surrounded by tropical rainforest and adjacent to the Wet Tropics World Heritage-listed Barron Gorge National Park.

Your Role
As the Principal you will have responsibility for the following:

A mandatory requirement of this role is:

  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. For more information please CLICK HERE.
