We are partnered with a Global Business who offer outsourcing services . They understand the importance of having the right team on board and value each member of their staff. An opportunity has arisen for a P&C Advisor to join their team on a permanent full time basis

Your new role
With a HR Generalist background you will undertake a range of HR functions including delivering initiatives and engagement activities, conflict and dispute resolution, the development and interpretation of policies and processes, employee and industrial relations, coaching and general HR advice and support to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline, demonstrated experience developing and delivering HR projects and initiatives, ability and experience in providing advise around IR/ER matters.
