JOB DESCRIPTION

Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff. Whilst we service the Toll Group, we also service hundreds of external clients and partners, offering complete recruitment solutions from permanent and executive recruitment, business support recruitment to flexible labour and award-winning training and development.

Toll People now have the amazing opportunity of working closely with Customer Service specialists within the automotive field. This campaign will commence in May and run for approximately 8 weeks with the potential to be extended.

We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking and driven Customer Service Representatives to help effectively drive this campaign to its full potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, reliable, and accurate information to past/present customers while maintaining effective communication
  • Logging all information accurately in the system.
  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our customers' experience
  • Conducting outbound calls to past and current customers
  • Working towards and meeting all KPI's set

Skills and experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve best customer service practice.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs/deadlines
  • Customer service oriented with a great ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
