Job Description

​​​​​The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a full time Warehouse Administrator for our Truganina Distribution Centre. Our warehouse team are responsible for ensuring our customers receive their correct orders on time and have a seamless end to end experience that will leave them singing the praises of National Tiles.

The individual in this role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing warehouse and freight administrative support for the business in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect the company’s reputation in the industry.

This role involves:

  • Answering phones
  • Answering emails
  • Stock take and stock checks
  • Filing all picking slips
  • Transport manifest for allocated builders
  • Resolving delivery issues – delivery disputes, delivery shortages and batching problems
  • Liaise with warehouse staff regarding freight and booking in freight
  • Liaising with accounts department
  • Building good relationships with sales representatives, administration and warehouse staff
  • Obtaining freight quotes
  • Data entry and order processing
  • Other administration tasks as required
