Your Career Opportunity:

Don’t be tied down to one asset! This opportunity will see you dedicated to an industrial portfolio offering variety and an exciting challenge! You will be accountable for managing all maintenance and property services requests to ensure safety and a high standard of delivery.

Based in Brisbane's CBD, you will act as the full function fire test coordinator, manage Risk action items, tenancy fit-out, plus pre-checks around SWMS and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordination and monitoring performance of a variety of contractors
  • Ensuring excellence in maintaining compliance and risk
  • Tenant liaison including providing timely feedback and building ongoing relationships
  • Coordination of minor works, projects and fit-outs
  • Identifying initiatives relating to energy and sustainability
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and reports and ongoing administration

Your Skills and Attributes:

You will demonstrate the following:
  • A passion for excellence and suggesting fresh ideas to encourage innovation and best practice
  • A strong technical aptitude – ideally trade qualified in electrical, plumbing or air conditioning, to ensure success when overseeing contractors
  • Excellent and timely communication skills to build a strong rapport with tenants and contractors
  • Confident time management and organisational abilities, plus an interest in delivering projects
  • Sound knowledge in building, Australian standards, statutory, essential services and OHS compliance
