TAFE NSW has multiple opportunities for passionate Customer Support Officer's for our Wagga Wagga and Cootamundra campuses on a temporary basis until October 2021.

As one of our Customer Service Officer's, you will be key in supporting activities throughout the student lifecycle by providing a broad range of administrative and support services. You will provide a range of customer service functions including student administration, face-to-face, telephone and digital enquiries, administrative support and promotion of appropriate products and services.

This position offers a salary range of $60,853 to $67,170 p.a. plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Pro rata for part time positions.


To succeed in this role you will have the following:

  •  Experience in a customer service role, Ideally within the education, public sector or service industry
  • Ability to use corporate Information systems and software packages such as CRM's, MS Word, Excel etc
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
  • Ability to meet to essential requirements as per the position description
