TAFE NSW has an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Team Leader, Customer Service to join for our Wagga Wagga and Primary Industries Centre on a full time, temporary basis until October 2021.

Provide operational support, supervision and leadership to the customer service team in the provision of quality customer service to ensure the effective delivery of student and educational requirements.

This position offers a salary range of $68,849 to $75,996 p.a. plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.


To succeed in this role you will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in operational management, supervision and leadership of staff
• Broad knowledge and experience in customer service practices, including escalations
• High level communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement a broad range of policies, procedures and legislation.
• Demonstrated proven administrative experience with the ability to use initiative, problem solve and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and experience with corporate, software and other computerised administrative information systems.
• Ability to meet to essential requirements as per the position description
