Lead a dedicated Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol Team at Orange and make a positive change to the health of our community.

About the role:
This position will perform as the clinical leader of a team of two full-time Psychologists and a part-time Allied Health Assistant and reports to the Allied Health Service based in Orange. Some travel will be required with occasional overnight stays.

Leadership, engagement and collaboration are at the heart of this role where you will be accountable for the management of human, physical and financial resources and provide strategic and operational direction to ensure the delivery of efficient, effective and contemporary clinical care.

Fostering quality improvement and research amongst the teams will be supported by your commitment to embed Living Well Together tools and tactics to promote accountability, performance, people management and a positive workplace culture.
