Position Profile: The North Metropolitan Public Health Unit is seeking an Aboriginal Health Promotion Coordinator to assist the Manager Health Promotion to coordinate, plan, implement and evaluate health promotion interventions with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal populations within the North Metropolitan Health Service.

In this role you will collaborate with practitioners, implement agreed programs and facilitate capacity building. You will monitor, evaluate and report on activities and outcomes. You will also consult with government departments, non-government organisations and the community to ensure intersectoral support for health promotion initiatives.
