Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic people to the position of Senior Mental Health Practitioner based at the Midland Community Mental Health Service Assessment and Treatment Team. In this role you will be responsible for providing emergency mental health intervention within the community mental health service. The position undertakes triage, primary client assessment and management of complex mental health emergencies and crises at an advanced level. Successful candidates provide specialist clinical consultancy regarding mental health emergencies for community mental health teams and for the community.
Area Profile: This position is based at the Midland Community Mental Health Service (part of the Bentley Health Service).

Bentley Health Service (BHS) is a specialist hospital located 11km from the Perth CBD and forms part of the Royal Perth Bentley Group. BHS provides quality healthcare to the community, specialising in the delivery of mental health care, aged care services, obstetrics, and rehabilitation.
