About the Opportunity


Opportunities have arisen for two committed Junior Systems Engineers – Process Engineering to work within the engineering assurance team and support engineering systems and tools across the business. You will be part of an inclusive and supportive team, and will have the opportunity to provide a valuable contribution to the business in these permanent and full time positions

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of engineering teams and other support function teams to ensure a systems orientated, integrated approach is taken with respect to the project engineering development and verification activities.


These opportunities will see you:


  • Undertake process engineering activities for the Engineering Business Management System (BMS) document set including engineering processes and work instructions development, its maintenance and verification
  • Perform engineering process mapping and verification
  • Assist engineering project teams to develop processes and work instructions specific to their needs
  • Develop engineering systems and engineering tools based processes
  • Perform engineering analyses to define and characterise engineering systems and its components
  • Participate in ensuring that engineering designs meets statutory regulatory requirements
  • Participate in the development and execution of engineering system tests and agree component tests which will ensure that the implemented designs conform to their specifications
  • Maintain the engineering designs and its documentation in accordance with configuration management, change management and traceability processes
  • Provide direct technical support to project engineering teams

About you



As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:

  • A relevant tertiary engineering degree
  • Systems engineering knowledge/experience or engineering experience/knowledge in a relevant discipline – Graduate entry level engineers will also be considered
  • Engineering process driven and enjoys working through engineering process documentation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders

Whilst not essential, knowledge and an understanding of systems engineering processes and the engineering lifecycle will be highly regarded.
