OurMoneyMarket is one of Australia's fastest growing financial technology ("Fintech") companies, whose brand 'Handypay' has become one of Australia's largest and most innovative home improvement payment plan providers.


We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic HR Project & Payroll Coordinator to join our growing People and Culture team. This role represents an opportunity to support an incredibly exciting, fast growing fintech, disrupting traditional consumer finance.

OurMoneyMarket's loan origination brand Handypay is a specialist home improvement "buy now, pay later' solution, meaning home improvement businesses can get paid today, whilst their customers can pay over time – that's handy!


ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is part of our people and culture team to build successful outcomes through sound working knowledge within payroll. 

A summary of your responsibilities include: 

  • HR Project Administration
  • Daily management of Inbound and outbound employee communication (ER)
  • Building internal and external relationships by demonstrating superior stakeholder management techniques and customer service skills
  • Payroll Processing
  • Completing payroll data including reconciliation of leave entitlements and long service leave provisions


ABOUT YOU 


  • A true HR allrounder with particular experience in project management & payroll
  • Willingness to work in support of a team 
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing & managing employee records
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
  • Positive, Proactive-Can Do attitude
