Job Description

The Strategic HR Business Partner is tasked with ensuring alignment between the business operations and the People & Culture practices and objectives. The incumbent will have a good understanding of the business strategy, provide innovative solutions, and use data analysis and organisation agility to guide their decision making. This position plays a strategic role in the direction of the people management function in the business and ensures that there is an alignment between people management strategies and the existing business procedures. The Strategic HR Business Partner works closely with the HR Business Partner in developing and applying changes to people management strategies, implementing employee life cycle processes in support of organisational strategies.

  • Some out of hours work may be required
  • Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required
  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Appointment to this position will be subject to a satisfactory Working with Children Check (WWCC)
